Senior Business Development Executive – E-commerce SaaS

About the role

MNASATI.COM is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to expand the market reach of its fast‑deployment e‑commerce SaaS platform. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the e‑commerce sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion for our e‑commerce SaaS solutions.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits, in‑person meetings and presentations to build strong client relationships.
• Develop strategic sales plans, negotiate deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Utilise CRM tools and sales tracking systems to manage prospect pipelines effectively.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce industry trends and competitor activities to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, sales strategy and negotiation, preferably in e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience in outdoor sales and field client acquisition.
• Valid driving licence.
• Excellent presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
