Senior Consultant – Governance & Risk Advisory Services

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our growing advisory practice. The role focuses on delivering governance, risk management, internal audit, compliance and internal control engagements for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage internal audit engagements across multiple industries.
• Conduct risk‑based internal audits in line with professional standards.
• Evaluate governance, risk management and internal control frameworks and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Assist clients in establishing and enhancing governance frameworks and risk management processes.
• Perform enterprise risk management assessments, facilitate risk identification workshops and develop risk registers.
• Review compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, and support the design of risk management frameworks.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, prepare proposals, presentations and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Arabic‑speaking professional with strong experience in risk advisory and internal audit.
• Proven ability to manage complex audit and advisory projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of internal audit standards and best practices.
• Understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
