Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our corporate digital strategy. In this pivotal role, you will act as the architect of our digital future, driving large-scale transformation initiatives that align technology with business excellence.

Missions principales

• Define, implement, and maintain the global corporate digital strategy and long-term transformation roadmap.
• Ensure seamless alignment of digital initiatives across all business departments to drive organizational synergy.
• Oversee digital governance, including the establishment of policies, decision-making frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Monitor and measure the performance of digital programs through key metrics and drive continuous improvement processes.

Profil recherché

• 12 to 20 years of proven experience in digital transformation strategy and execution.
• University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of defining and delivering enterprise-wide digital strategies.
• Deep understanding of IT ecosystems and their integration into business processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a decisive approach to complex problem-solving.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Digital Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Advanced analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English (required); Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
