Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers to understand workflows, identify friction points and define high‑impact problems.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features from prototype to production, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Integrate large language models and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Monitor real‑time reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart‑lock access and owner reporting workflows.
• Use customer feedback and usage data to iterate on features and improve user outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production software in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems and make sound technical trade‑offs.
• Product‑focused mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature.
• Confidence interacting directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Self‑driven, independent ownership of outcomes and a bias toward rapid iteration.
