Senior Internal Auditor - Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

A leading luxury retail group is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor for its Doha head office. The role covers performance, financial and compliance audits in a structured, fast-paced environment, with occasional assignments in KSA and Kuwait. It starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Audit Plan and short-term priorities
• Plan and run audits end-to-end: scope, criteria, testing, evidence analysis and documentation
• Lead entrance meetings, interviews and surveys, and draft reports with major and minor findings
• Identify issues and recommendations, monitor progress and update the Internal Audit Manager/Supervisor
• Support external auditors, carry out special investigations and propose improvements

Required profile

• 5-6+ years of internal audit experience in luxury watches and jewellery (or a comparable luxury retail environment)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• CIA / CRMA / ACCA / ACA preferred
• Willingness to travel to KSA and Kuwait and to join immediately

Required skills

• Strong audit, reporting and presentation skills
• Advantage: data analytics tools such as ACL and audit software such as TeamMate
