Senior Manager – Accounts Management (Qatarization)

About the role

The Senior Manager Accounts Management will oversee all internal and external account transactions for retail, VIP, QNB First, staff, and corporate customers. The role ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation for opening, amending, and closing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, error rate, and service level agreements for account‑related processes.
• Delegate authority to staff, supervise execution, and ensure adherence to delegated limits.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers across all banking segments to guarantee timely receipt and processing of account documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external auditors, providing accurate information as required.
• Assist customers with product queries and resolve account‑related requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in banking account management.
• Strong understanding of financial and non‑financial performance drivers in a bank.
• Ability to work within delegated authority and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
