Senior Manager – Distributed & In‑House Services Business Analysis

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the analysis, design and delivery of both distributed and in‑house applications for QNB. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent ensures that technology solutions align with the bank’s long‑term strategy and meet user requirements using the most effective tools available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects related to in‑house and distributed applications, including development teams.
• Analyse software and application changes to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic plan and budget.
• Design, implement, document and develop applications while adhering to approved KPIs and best practices.
• Promote cost‑consciousness, efficiency and productivity across the application portfolio.
• Liaise with internal business units to gather information requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance, financial control and risk teams as required.
• Develop new applications, correct bugs, and perform unit testing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in managing IT application projects.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work within delegated authority and deliver within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
