Senior Manager – International Tax Services & M&A (Doha)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its International Tax Services & M&A practice in Doha. You will guide complex cross‑border transactions, provide strategic tax advice, and shape thought leadership across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and expand thought leadership in international tax structuring, transaction advisory, and post‑deal integration.
• Oversee end‑to‑end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives, and implementation.
• Interpret and influence complex international tax rules and local regulations, translating them into actionable strategies.
• Design and implement tax‑efficient structures aligned with client objectives, coordinating with finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leadership, delivering insights on regulatory changes and market trends.
• Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams, setting quality standards and driving innovation.
• Develop firm‑wide knowledge assets and market‑facing thought leadership materials.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading cross‑border tax engagements for multinational clients.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills in high‑pressure environments.
• Deep understanding of international tax regulations and M&A processes.
