Senior Manager – International Tax Services & M&A (Doha)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its International Tax Services and M&A practice in Doha. The role involves guiding multinational clients through complex cross‑border transactions, from tax planning to post‑deal integration, while shaping thought leadership across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives and implementation.
• Interpret and influence international tax rules and local regulations, translating them into actionable strategies for large‑scale transactions.
• Design tax‑efficient structures aligned with client objectives and coordinate with finance, legal and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leadership, providing insights on regulatory changes and market trends.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams, set quality standards and drive innovation in high‑pressure environments.
• Develop firm‑wide knowledge assets and contribute to market‑facing thought leadership.

Required profile
