Senior ML Engineer

About the role

Develop and deploy machine learning and optimization algorithms that power Snoonu's hybrid autonomous logistics platform, coordinating human couriers, ground robots, and drones.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced optimization strategies for task allocation, routing, scheduling, and dispatch across a multi‑agent fleet.
• Build and train multi‑agent reinforcement learning models to improve fleet coordination under dynamic demand and traffic.
• Create demand‑forecasting and spatiotemporal prediction models using transformers, graph‑based methods and other modern architectures.
• Integrate ML models into the Robotics‑as‑a‑Service platform, ensuring low‑latency, reliable decision making.
• Implement experimentation pipelines, offline benchmarking, simulation validation and field pilot evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research or related field (PhD a plus).
• 2–4 years of backend development experience with strong Python and C++ skills.
• Research‑oriented mindset with ability to translate experiments into production‑ready solutions.
• Effective cross‑functional teamwork and clear communication.
