Senior Network Engineer – Cisco SD-Access & ACI

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise‑grade Cisco SD‑Access and ACI fabrics across data‑center and campus environments. The role involves hands‑on incident handling, change management, and collaboration with multiple IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incidents, changes, and problems for SD‑Access, ACI, and related campus/data‑center technologies.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco ACI fabric (EPGs, BDs, VRFs, L3Outs, contracts, service graphs) and SD‑Access infrastructure via DNA Center and ISE.
• Manage day‑to‑day ACI operations including Multi‑Pod, VMM integration, access policies, in‑band/OOB management, and PBR.
• Operate Cisco SD‑Access fabric – provisioning edge, border, and control‑plane nodes, virtual networks, SGTs, and anycast gateways.
• Execute end‑to‑end ACI and SD‑Access deployments, site rollouts, fabric expansions, and workload migrations.
• Perform firmware and software upgrades for APIC clusters, leaf/spine nodes, DNA Center, and IOS‑XE devices following ITIL change processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and Cisco TAC, log support cases, and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with application, server, and security teams to attach workloads securely to the fabric.
• Provide on‑call support, after‑hours incident response, and travel to client sites for implementation and audits.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise networking (data‑center and campus).
• Strong ITIL discipline with experience in incident, change, and problem management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and travel as needed.
