Senior Procurement Engineer – Civil

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer – Civil with extensive experience in EPC and construction projects. The role will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for civil materials and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Procure civil materials and subcontract services.
• Prepare RFQs, conduct techno‑commercial evaluations, and finalize vendors.
• Coordinate with engineering, site, and accounts teams.
• Manage purchase orders, work orders, and monitor vendor performance.
• Drive cost optimisation, negotiate terms, and track delivery schedules.
• Handle documentation, compliance checks, and invoice coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–12 years of procurement experience in substation, EPC, oil & gas, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil materials, BOQ, and local supplier market.
