Senior Product Manager – Monitoring & Research

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Monitoring & Research domain of its AI‑native CX intelligence platform. You will shape how thousands of users discover, trust, and act on insights derived from millions of customer conversations across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer.
• Ensure the product enables customers to answer critical business questions about markets, competitors, and brand performance.
• Translate customer decision‑making processes into product features that move users from reporting to actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact features while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level product management experience, preferably in AI‑driven or customer intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex customer data flows.
• Comfortable making data‑backed decisions and iterating quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a bias toward ownership over hierarchy.
