Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with hyperscale data‑centre expertise to join our Qatar team. Reporting to the Country Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex power and cooling infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project strategy and scope.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and technical submittals for electrical, HVAC and MEP systems.
• Conduct site surveys, liaise with contractors/sub‑contractors, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and present technical responses, commercial clarifications, and risk analyses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the full service offering, including design, consultancy, site supervision, testing & commissioning, and auditing.
• Maintain client key accounts, exceed expectations, and ensure timely communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data‑centre infrastructure (power and cooling) with a strong understanding of electrical and HVAC design.
• Proactive work ethic, capable of working independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on staff development and career progression.
