Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with specialised experience in marble works to join our construction team. You will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, measurement and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, take‑offs and budgets for marble supply, installation and finishing.
• Develop tender documents and bills of quantities, evaluate bids and manage contracts with suppliers and installers.
• Accurately measure marble quantities, track usage versus plans and conduct valuations for interim and final payments.
• Monitor project costs, identify risks such as material damage or supply delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Produce regular financial and progress reports and act as the liaison between architects, contractors and clients on marble‑related costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering, preferably within marble or high‑end finish works.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a focus on cost estimation and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
