Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop enterprise‑grade applications for a leading telecom operator in Qatar. The role focuses on building and maintaining the Oracle Access Portal (OAP) CRM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with Oracle databases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using PHP with the Yii2 framework.
• Implement modular, scalable architecture for telecom operations and end‑to‑end development covering UI, backend, and Oracle database integration.
• Develop and maintain a Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism and enforce security best practices.
• Implement audit logging for sensitive operations and ensure secure authentication.
• Handle real‑time validation, grid‑based data management, and complex UI issue resolution.
• Collaborate on customer & account management, service management, subscription & plan management, billing, and monitoring functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience developing CRM applications within the telecom domain.
• Proven ability to work on customer, account, service, subscription, billing, and monitoring modules.
• Experience implementing real‑time validation, grid data management, and complex UI fixes.
