Senior Software Engineer – Oracle OSM, OEP & OEM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Order Entry Point (OEP) and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) within the telecommunications sector. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining order fulfilment solutions that drive efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridges and telecom order fulfilment workflows.
• Manage the full order lifecycle – capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment and completion.
• Perform OSM installation, upgrades, configuration and data migration activities.
• Develop and enhance OEP middleware components, integrations, notification frameworks and bulk order management solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with OSS/BSS platforms such as UIM, ASAP, BRM, CRM and external systems.
• Create automation plug‑ins, XQuery transformations, SOAP services and Java‑based solutions.
• Administer and optimise Oracle WebLogic environments, including installation, patching, tuning and scaling.
• Configure and manage Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring performance, health, incidents and infrastructure.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins and Artifactory and troubleshoot order fallout issues.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in the telecommunications domain.
• Strong background in Oracle OSM, OEP and OEM implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with telecom order management, provisioning and fulfilment systems.
• Proven ability to work on complex integrations with OSS/BSS platforms.
