Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM

About the role

The Senior Solution Architect will define and maintain end‑to‑end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead architecture for new services, enhancements, integrations and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architecture, identify optimisation opportunities and drive modernisation.
• Define integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs and external systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, governance and architecture standards.
• Participate in architecture review boards and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of IT experience with at least 5 + years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; preferred Microsoft and TOGAF certifications.

• Enterprise architecture principles, performance, scalability, high availability and disaster recovery.
