Senior Teller (Qatarization)

About the role

The Senior Teller will deliver efficient, friendly and high‑quality service to branch customers. The role involves answering queries, guiding clients through banking procedures, and actively marketing QNB’s products and services to increase business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate assistance to internal and external customers, resolving queries within defined turnaround times.
• Promote and cross‑sell QNB’s banking products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain branch performance metrics, monitor service level agreements, and contribute to cost‑conscious operations.
• Support audit, compliance, financial control and risk functions by supplying timely and accurate data.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and achieve branch objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a teller or retail banking environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and performance indicators.
• Good understanding of banking procedures and product knowledge.
• Ability to work within delegated authority and adhere to branch policies.
