SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to lead the optimisation of our digital platforms in Doha. The successful candidate will design and execute on‑page and off‑page strategies that boost organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to uncover content optimisation opportunities.
• Implement on‑page SEO tactics, including metadata, internal linking, schema markup and content recommendations.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile‑friendliness, crawlability and indexing.
• Manage off‑page activities, including link‑building and digital PR campaigns.
• Track, analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO‑driven content strategies.
• Monitor competitors and benchmark industry performance to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
