Server Assistant/Busperson – In‑Room Dining

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar is seeking an In‑Room Dining Assistant Server to support the IRD team. You will assist the server in delivering high‑quality food service to guests in their rooms, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name, describe menu items vividly, and communicate tray‑removal options.
• Break down, clean and set‑up room‑service tables, condiment stations, flatware and dishware.
• Take guest orders when needed, plate and prepare small food items, and assist with food service.
• Accurately close guest checks, secure room numbers and signatures, and handle voided or complimentary meals.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to concerns, and maintain privacy and safety standards on guest floors.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Ability to stock and replenish ice for guest rooms.
• Capability to report unusual incidents and respond to hotel emergencies.
