Service Ambassador – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Service Ambassador will ensure seamless service delivery in the Food & Beverage area, supporting both guests and team members. This full‑time position is based in West Bay, Doha, and focuses on maintaining high standards of hospitality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to work as a cohesive team, meeting guest needs efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete and submit work orders for maintenance repairs and report urgent issues.
• Document and report any employee, guest, or vendor incidents to management and Loss Prevention.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
