Services Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Services Sales Account Manager to accelerate growth of Schneider Electric's Services portfolio within Qatar's Oil & Gas sector. You will manage key customer accounts and drive the adoption of recurring contracts, modernization, digital solutions, and lifecycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Services sales growth across major Oil & Gas accounts in Qatar.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, operations and leadership stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline covering the full Services portfolio.
• Leverage SCMS expertise to identify upgrades, modernization and digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with tendering, execution and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in Services Sales, Technical Sales or the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of business development and sales growth.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of services, maintenance and lifecycle solutions for Electrical Distribution Systems.
• Solid knowledge of protection relays, protection concepts, power quality fundamentals and power monitoring/ metering architectures.
• Experience with MV/LV Electrical Distribution Equipment.
• Excellent customer engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially driven, results‑oriented and able to manage complex sales cycles.
