About the role
As a Services Sales Expert you will drive growth of SAP Services across strategic public‑sector accounts in Qatar. You will act as the primary face of SAP Services, building executive relationships and designing transformation journeys that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with senior executives, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Understand each customer’s technology landscape, strategic priorities, and competitive environment.
- Serve as the single point of contact for SAP Services within assigned accounts.
- Create strategic account plans using SAP’s intelligent tools to address customer needs.
- Lead internal teams and partners through the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to deal closure.
- Own services bookings and revenue targets, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Manage the transition from sales to delivery, clarifying contracts, scope, and success criteria.
Required profile
- 10+ years of enterprise software and/or IT services sales experience with a proven quota‑carrying record.
- Demonstrated success closing medium to large, complex deals in consultative environments.
- Experience selling to large multinational customers with extended sales cycles.
- Fluent Arabic and prior experience closing large public‑sector deals in Qatar.
- Deep understanding of enterprise applications, cloud, hybrid and application lifecycle management.
