Sign Production & Installation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sign Production & Installation Specialist to bring creative signage designs to life. The role involves manufacturing, fabricating, and installing a variety of indoor and outdoor signs while ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble and install indoor and outdoor signage.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl graphics and other applications.
• Apply vinyl graphics accurately according to production specifications.
• Mount and laminate printed graphics while maintaining quality standards.
• Install a range of signage types including ACP/aluminium cladding, 3D channel letters, acrylic & metal letters, large vinyl graphics, banners, post & panel signs, wayfinding and directional signage, concrete bases and sign frames.
• Operate power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read production drawings and installation instructions.
• Conduct quality checks before and after installation.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean work environment and follow safety standards.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in signage production and installation.
• Previous experience in the GCC/Gulf region is an advantage.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical lifting.
• Willingness to travel for project installations.
• Good English reading and communication skills.
