Site Manager – Lead Industrial Project in Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of an industrial revamping project in Qatar. The role is based on‑site for a six‑month period and includes full responsibility for construction and installation activities, with accommodation and transportation provided by the client.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to the client and subcontractors on‑site.
• Lead and coordinate all construction phases, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams and supervise subcontractors, monitoring progress, resources and productivity.
• Organise daily and weekly coordination meetings and produce progress reports.
• Enforce HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
• Apply quality control procedures and oversee quality assurance activities.
• Act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.
• Support project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a comparable senior construction role.
• Strong track record managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience with brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Fluent English.
