Site Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead on‑site activities for our fit‑out projects in Doha. This full‑time position will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site teams, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to align project specifications and expectations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Enforce construction safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
• Review and interpret architectural and construction plans to guide execution.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, site operations, and team coordination, preferably in fit‑out or interior design projects.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural and construction drawings.
