About the role
The Site Operations Supervisor oversees daily site activities, coordinates maintenance tasks, and ensures the safe and efficient execution of utility and industrial projects. This role combines planning, supervision, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily site operations and maintenance activities.
- Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
- Ensure continuous compliance with HSE standards and Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams to facilitate smooth execution.
- Monitor productivity, conduct site inspections, and enforce quality and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate reports, work records, and daily activity logs.
- Resolve on‑site issues and support operational decision‑making.
Required profile
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in maintenance, utility, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience supervising site teams and managing operations.
- Strong leadership with a focus on HSE awareness.
- Valid Kahramaa Electrical License (mandatory).
