Skilled Denter for Automotive Repair

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Denter to join its automotive workshop in Doha. The role involves precise panel alignment and door repairs in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely repairs following manufacturers' manuals and checklists.
• Clock onto a Job Card for the entire shift and request new cards as work progresses.
• Report completed work to the Workshop Controller and notify the Supervisor of any potential overruns.
• Maintain strict safety standards and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Keep all tools and equipment in good condition, adhering to manufacturer recommendations.
• Ensure the workshop remains clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a dealership service outlet, especially in smash work for panel and door alignment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MIG, spot, and oxy welding.
• Ability to use hand tools and hydraulic systems such as hammers and dolly flippers for metal shaping.
