Social Account Manager

About the role

Dallah Holding Media is looking for an experienced Social Account Manager to lead and grow client social media presence. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data‑driven insight to deliver compelling campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
• Create, schedule, and maintain engaging content calendars ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
• Lead campaigns from concept through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Monitor metrics, analyse data, and produce actionable insight reports for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality content.
• Stay current with social trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media account management, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong background in marketing and communications with demonstrated campaign planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and client‑focused with the capacity to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced setting.
