Social Media Coordinator – Short‑Form Content Creator

About the role

Snoonu City is looking for a creative, social‑first content creator to bring the community to life across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X. You will capture moments, spot trends and turn everyday experiences into engaging short‑form videos and stories.

Key responsibilities

• Create day‑to‑day social content, capture photo and video on‑site at merchants, events and activations.
• Edit short‑form videos for each platform and write captions that reflect Snoonu City’s tone.
• Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar, adapting assets to platform‑specific formats.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond using the brand voice and escalate issues when needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, suggest culturally relevant ideas and contribute to weekly planning meetings.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Merchant Marketing, PR and Brand teams, and support influencer visits.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X.
• Comfortable capturing and editing mobile‑first content.
• Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work on‑site at events and merchant locations.

Required skills

• CapCut (or similar video editing tool).
• Canva or Adobe Express.
• Basic photography and videography.
• Social media scheduling tools.
