Social Media Executive

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a hands‑on Social Media Executive to support its Social Media Lead. The role focuses on daily publishing, community management, and real‑time content execution to keep the brand’s social presence active and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Snapchat, ensuring correct captions, tags, and timing.
• Manage direct messages, comments, and mentions using tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social, responding in Arabic and English.
• Assist in shooting short‑form content with a mobile device and support influencer shoots, production days, and activations.
• Coordinate with creative, influencer, and design teams to secure assets, obtain approvals, and meet publishing deadlines.
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics, prepare engagement reports, and highlight top‑performing or under‑performing content.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong attention to detail in captions and formatting.
• Basic understanding of social platform algorithms, trends, and community management.
• Ability to capture and edit mobile video/content quickly.
• Organised, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
