Social Media Executive

About the role

Digimax Advertising is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Executive to join its Lusail office. You will manage social media accounts, create engaging content, run digital campaigns and boost brand visibility for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, plan and schedule content, and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Create monthly content calendars, coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers, and write captions with relevant hashtags.
• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms, monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Handle client communications for content approvals, campaign updates and feedback, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, analyze results and recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines and work collaboratively on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and basic video‑editing tools.
