Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to join Top Performance’s marketing team. The role focuses on promoting the company’s automotive aftermarket products and services across digital channels, engaging enthusiasts and customers in the Qatar market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, creative content.
• Create photo and video assets for products, services, promotions, and automotive projects.
• Cover workshop activities, car modifications, detailing work, and customer experiences.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Edit reels, short‑form videos, and promotional content for digital distribution.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for content planning and brand visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity within the automotive industry.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket sector (e.g., car detailing, accessories, customization, performance shops, lifestyle brands).
• Strong photography and videography abilities.
• Experience creating content, reels, and managing social media accounts.
• Proficiency with video editing tools and major social media platforms.
• Qatar‑based candidates with a valid QID are preferred.
