Social Media Strategist

About the role

The Social Media Strategist will shape Dallah Holding Media’s digital presence, driving brand visibility and audience engagement across all social platforms. You will blend creativity with data‑driven insights to deliver compelling campaigns that support the company’s media and content objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Identify trends, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities to inform strategic planning.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and oversee production of photos, videos, scripts, captions, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to synchronize campaign efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics and listening tools.
• Conduct brand listening to monitor reputation, audience conversations, and competitor activity, using insights to refine strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy within media, entertainment, or digital‑first environments.
• Strong background in content ideation, storytelling, and platform‑specific optimization.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Advanced skills in analytics reporting, social listening, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking abilities.
