Software Engineer – Early Career

About the role

GE Aerospace is seeking an early‑career Software Engineer to help engineers unlock the power of data, cloud and AI. You will work on strategic business projects, turning customer insights into production‑ready solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on architecture and design for data‑science and machine‑learning systems.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts and ship end‑to‑end production solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of software, from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop scalable, maintainable code with clean abstractions and simple interfaces.
• Continuously refine systems to ensure they remain easy to understand, extend and maintain.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional – recent graduate or intern completing an internship program.
• Strong interest in cloud platforms, data engineering and AI technologies.
• Ability to translate insights into solutions that create measurable business impact.
• Commitment to building long‑lasting, high‑quality software.
