Solutions Architect – Banking Modernization

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture of a bank’s Temenos modernization program in Doha. The role bridges business, application, integration, data, security and technology domains to ensure the solution aligns with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the overall solution architecture across Temenos Transact and surrounding banking systems.
• Establish architecture principles, design standards and governance processes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead architecture reviews for application, data, integration, security and infrastructure designs.
• Drive solution decisions for customer onboarding, deposits, lending, payments, treasury, accounting, compliance, reporting and digital banking.
• Support modernization initiatives such as cloud readiness, API enablement, event‑driven architecture and platform scalability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in banking transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Temenos Transact architecture and ecosystem.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional architecture discussions.
• Experience working in highly regulated banking environments.
