Spa Desk Agent

About the role

The Spa Desk Agent is responsible for managing spa and salon reservations, providing front‑desk guest service, and handling payments. This role ensures smooth scheduling for individual guests and groups while promoting the spa’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule services using the spa/salon reservations software and confirm appointments with guests.
• Answer guest inquiries about available services and provide general spa orientation upon arrival.
• Update reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day, inform providers of last‑minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues with supervision.
• Process guest payments, obtain payment authorisations, log cash tips, and balance receipts for accounting.
• Maintain the cash bank, keep it secure, and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
• Notify engineering of maintenance needs, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and follow all company policies.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold professional appearance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
