About the role
The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budgetary and operational standards. Reporting to senior management, this role also steps in for the Spa Director when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management of spa operations, budgets, and payroll reporting.
- Assume Spa Director duties in their absence, ensuring staff have necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Maintain inventory control and cleanliness of all spa areas and equipment.
- Drive guest satisfaction by handling feedback, complaints, and empowering staff to deliver high‑quality service.
- Conduct HR activities: gather employee feedback, enforce policies, manage discipline, and coordinate training and orientation programs.
- Recognize and celebrate employee achievements, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
