Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing all spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient staff performance. Reporting to the Spa Director, this role balances service quality with budgetary goals in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of spa staff across salon, skin‑care, massage, reception, and locker‑room areas.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and uniforms while staying within budget constraints.
• Monitor operating statements, payroll reports, and financial performance to meet or exceed departmental targets.
• Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote a culture of outstanding customer service.
• Conduct employee onboarding, ongoing training, performance feedback, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa facilities.
• Act as Spa Director in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
