Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at The Ritz-Carlton Doha Spa, delivering a personalized luxury experience while managing appointments and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, check them in/out, and process payments accurately.
• Handle spa reservations, inquiries and explain treatments, packages and promotions.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with therapists and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Promote and upsell spa services, memberships, retail products and special packages.
• Support daily spa operations, inventory control and administrative tasks while adhering to health, safety and grooming standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, spa or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with spa reservation systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
