Spa & Recreation Attendant

About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Spa & Recreation Attendant. The role ensures that all spa, wellness, fitness, pool and recreation facilities are clean, safe, well‑maintained and ready for guests, delivering the high standards expected in a five‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, recreation, pool, fitness and wellness areas.
• Stock towels, robes, amenities and other supplies.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after guest appointments.
• Assist guests with the use of spa and recreation facilities and monitor safety.
• Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Support spa therapists and reception colleagues with daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily facility checks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, fitness, recreation or luxury hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused approach.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic first aid or lifeguard certification is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
