Spa & Recreation Receptionist – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Spa & Recreation Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the spa and recreation facilities, managing appointments, handling inquiries and coordinating bookings while delivering refined, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Manage spa and recreation reservations, appointments and scheduling using the booking system.
• Handle guest inquiries about treatments, facilities, memberships, hours and promotions.
• Conduct check‑in and check‑out procedures, including payment processing and billing.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate communication between therapists, recreation attendants and guests.
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, memberships and retail products to support revenue.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and appointment records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, recreation or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
