Spa Therapist

About the role

Dcontracto is hiring a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist in Doha, Qatar. The therapist performs facials, body therapies and basic beauty services in line with company protocols and hygiene standards, and works closely with the team to give guests a consistent, relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess their individual needs, explain available services and recommend suitable treatments and home care.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and product displays, keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Handle appointment coordination and support retail product suggestions.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology or beauty therapy is preferred.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center or beauty clinic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by business needs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Required skills

• Spa treatments and facials, delivered consistently and to a high standard.
• Cosmetology knowledge of skin, body and basic beauty care principles.
• Pedicures and basic nail care with attention to hygiene and guest comfort.
• Strong customer service, clear communication and a client-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards in spa environments.
