About the role

As a Spa Therapist for the new Christian Dior Spa at Hamad International Airport, you will deliver luxury spa treatments to guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience that supports their well‑being during travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a personalized spa experience while achieving commercial success.
• Build long‑term relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and deliver after‑sales service.
• Greet guests, explain the spa process and assess their needs through open‑ended questions.
• Deliver a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards, following all spa procedures and protocols.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and ensure adequate stock of linen and supplies.
