Special Initiatives Manager – Qatar

About the role

The client of Linum Consult, a leading consultancy operating in the Middle East, is seeking a Special Initiatives Manager to drive high‑priority strategic initiatives that support its transformation agenda and long‑term objectives. This full‑time, client‑side position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of special strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s vision.
• Manage enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, organisational change, innovation projects and ESG‑related initiatives.
• Provide analytical insights, assessments and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, scenario analyses and strategic evaluations on emerging trends.
• Oversee external consultants, advisors and subject‑matter experts.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, board papers and strategic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Public Administration or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 8‑12 years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation management, management consulting or programme management.
• Proven track record working with executive leadership and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience in public sector, transportation, infrastructure, government entities or large corporations is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
