Special Projects Senior Manager

About the role

The Special Projects Senior Manager will lead Syntys' most critical cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring rigorous execution and end‑to‑end delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Co‑own project scopes, delivery plans and executive materials, articulating problems, approaches and options.
• Conduct market scans, competitor intelligence, partner assessments and scenario modelling.
• Lead governance routines, track progress and manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Support strategic expansion, feasibility assessments and evaluate investments, partnerships, JVs and M&A opportunities.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, board papers and investor communications.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting or investment analysis.
• Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure or telecommunications.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional initiatives with senior‑level exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience working in developing markets, preferably within a multinational environment.
