About the role
We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our construction team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on managing relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders across all phases of large‑scale building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Ashghal and other government bodies to secure approvals and permits.
- Maintain effective communication with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement throughout project planning, execution, and handover.
- Negotiate and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong background in Ashghal projects and building construction.
- Proven ability to work with government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
