Stock Coordinator – Inventory Management

About the role

The Stock Coordinator ensures that merchandise is received, inspected, stored, and issued efficiently to keep the shop floor fully stocked. This role supports sales staff by maintaining accurate inventory records and guaranteeing product availability at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and count merchandise both physically and electronically to verify accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and report any damages to the store manager or assistant manager.
• Classify, tag, and store items according to store procedures for quick retrieval.
• Assist sales staff in replenishing shelves and ensure continuous product availability.
• Maintain inward and outward inventory logs and generate related reports.
• Monitor price tags, report missing tags, and support stock‑take processes.
• Uphold security vigilance and high housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales or festivals, and perform heavy lifting as required.

Required profile

• Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 10 kg regularly.
• Attention to detail for accurate counting and quality inspection.
• Ability to follow store procedures and maintain organized stock rooms.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
