About the role
The Stock Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise within the store, from receipt to issuance. This role ensures accurate inventory records, maintains product quality, and supports the sales team by keeping shelves stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and count merchandise both physically and electronically to verify accuracy.
- Inspect product quality and report any damages to the store manager.
- Classify, tag, and store items according to store procedures for quick retrieval.
- Assist sales staff in replenishing shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain inventory movement records and support stock‑take processes.
- Monitor store security and uphold housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 10 kg repeatedly.
- Attention to detail for accurate counting and tagging.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.
- Ability to identify missing price tags and report discrepancies.
- Team‑oriented mindset to support sales and store operations.
